Why is Ohm Makr women-only to start?
We understand that safety is a top priority, especially for mums, carers, and female helpers entering new homes or inviting help into their own. Because Ohm Makr uses real images and personal information to foster a relationship-based experience—rather than just a transactional one—we want to prevent the risk of the platform being misused as a dating app.
By limiting access to women in this early stage, we can build a community of trust where female users feel comfortable connecting without unwanted attention.
